Corcoran Park Housing     Cambridge, MA Refurbishment of site landscape to repair damages caused by utility replacements as well as excessive settlement on filled sites. Improvements included paving, fencing and planting. Transplanting of existing mature plants was also involved to avoid the damages of utility excavations. Construction cost $200,000. Haverhill Family Housing     Haverhill, MA Site design for a new housing complex within an established historic neighborhood. Duplex units were organized around central green space to provide unified edge and give scale to the architecture. Received Boston Society of Architects Housing Award. Millbrook Square Elderly Housing    Rockport, MA Revitalization of existing housing complex including road reconstruction, curbing, walks, pedestrian amenities and planting. Construction budget $375,000.  Home
